If you don’t know a Jacob, this guy is one you’ll want to meet, he’s full of energy, great heart and a hard work mentality.
This young legend at the ripe age of 17, has been completely smashing it this year so far and he’s only just getting started.
Jacob joined RFT late last year and has only just started weight training, and he is making leaps and bounds in his gains, lifestyle and mentality.
Here are some of the basic tracking of Jacob’s habits we’ve been working on:
Tracking his food
x2 strength sessions
x1 HIIT class
And although these are just his BAMS, on average, Jacob attends an extra HIIT session to help increase his fitness levels and and also a Core session a week to help increase his core strength. Well Done Jacob!
With the help of these trackable goals and habits, in the last 3 weeks, Jacob has:
Lost 2.7Kg in Body Weight
Dropped 1.8% Body Fat
Increased his Muscle by 1Kg
And since he started weight training, Jacob has made some incredible gains in his lifts:
Increased his Barbell Squat by 50Kg
Increased his Trap Bar deadlift by 30Kg
Increased his Barbell Bench Press by 22.5Kg
