No ordinary gym – the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by one or more of the trainers – it’s like Cheers, everyone knows your name. Unlike other places that I have been to, the trainers are 100% focussed on you and your movement during your sessions.
I have started doing a yoga class every week – I love it, it is wonderful. Mitch and Vicky spend time developing and educating themselves and then passing this onto their staff. This is evident in the quality of my session. When I have had injuries from sport, they modify and adapt my session to not aggravate the problem.
I train with Mitch and Belle – not only are they excellent trainers but they are really great humans. Without doubt you will receive high quality training at Real Fitness but you will also find a community that’s lovely to be a part of.

The semi private personal training sessions are the best of both worlds, all the coaches make the effort to learn your name and say hello, and there’s a really positive vibe with the real fitness community. Would recommend to newbies or gym junkies, they cater to all!!

Only been going for a short time now and I am really enjoying it.
The guidance on nutrition coupled with semi private PT sessions are working great for me with +6 kilos down in 3.5 weeks, am feeling fantastic too.
I travel 35kms to get there for each session and it’s absolutely worth it. Fantastic Gym, great vibe, plus I get to train with some great, motivated and inspiring people.
RFT really is like no other gym! Their holistic approach looks at supporting you both physically and mentally. All of the coaches make an effort to know you by name and are always happy to help where they can. Vicky and Mitch put their heart and soul into creating a wonderful RFT environment and team of coaches.

After being at various gyms over the years, RFT feels like a home/happy place rather than just a gym. Every trainer has a wonderful mindset and a natural and realistic approach to holistic health.
Embracing where you are, setting goals and enjoying the journey to get there (including overcoming setbacks) Its a beautiful space to sweat it out or relax with yoga. Never experienced a ‘gym’ who offers so much more than just traditional fitness classes. Would recommend anyone who is thinking about starting, to just do it
I used to hate exercising and gyms but at RFT you’re not a number and it’s not about image. I love RFT’s holistic approach. It’s a place where ‘ everyone knows your name’ and are genuinely interested in being part of your nutritional, exercise and mindfulness journey.
I have tried other gyms but have never felt so welcome by both the trainers and the clients. It’s like walking into a room full of friends, everyone says hello and supports each other when training. The quality of the training is first class with the trainers always making sure the exercise is done correctly, even if it means to lighten the load.
Good form is favoured over pushing the weights. Their whole approach to training and weight loss encompasses more than just diet and exercise, learning how to deal with stress levels and mental health adds value to your experience. No wonder they were voted Best Gym In The Hills this year.
Mitchell is a fantastic trainer! He always goes above and beyond to keep me on track. Thank you for making the workouts so much fun!! I always look forward to them and I highly recommend him to anyone missing motivation.

Forget the gyms/health studios where you swipe in and swipe out, you might get the odd comment from a trainer and you’re not thought about until your next visit. Not here..I had heard so much about Real Fitness Training and thought, ‘I’ll just go in for a chat’.
I had no intention of signing up that day but just wanted to hear what the hype was all about. I signed that day and haven’t looked back. Saying, these guys changed my life is such a cliché, but it’s beyond the truth. They will quickly read what you need to get motivated and they will take that approach with you.
