STEW'S CONSISTENCEY IS TRUELY IMPRESSIVE!

Stew has been crushing it over the past few weeks!! 3 Weeks back Stew had an accident and broke his hand which was very unfortunate although he has not let this stop him!!

Stew was straight on the waggon and let me know so he could still train and hasn’t he done that. Stew has continued to train with his consistent three 5am sessions per week. He still completes all prescribed exercises with a few variations to compensate for his hand.

This is a true testament to Stew’s consistency over the past 12 years for making his training such a crucial part of his lifestyle that it can’t be missed and has continued to train through his injury.

Stew this is an awesome achievement and shows the effort you put in on a weekly basis and how consistent you are to your training. Its very impressive to see mate keep it up!!
