LEGEND OF THE WEEK
Nicole started a little over year ago, before she started she was cautious around her training due to certain injuries that she has had. Her focus was to begin consistently weight training to build her strength and also improve her body composition.
Since joining the focus has been to ensure the plan meets her lifestyle so she can adhere to it. Whilst also working around specific injuries so she can still train effectively and reach her goals.
Over the past 15 months,
Nicole has dropped over 12kgs of body weight and 10% in body fat.
As a busy Mum and a teacher she still manages to find time to train 4 times per week, meet her step count and make better nutritional decisions to meet the demands of her busy life.Nicole the whole of RFT are so proud of you and your achievements keep up the amazing work!
