Since starting at RFT Cameron has:
Dropped 15kgs of body weight
Dropped 10% of body fat
Gained over a 3kgs of muscle
More than tripled his strength
Enjoying the process and staying super consistent!
Cameron started at RFT with the focus of getting into strength training to build muscle and begin building a healthier lifestyle by dropping body fat and learning some key nutritional behaviours.
The intention initially was to focus on getting Cam into the routine of strength training 3 times per week and completing one conditioning focused session. This was combined with a structured nutritional strategy focused around his caloric intake.
The biggest success is that Cam has been able to stick to this for over 6 months and stay consistent week by week!
