Caitlin W has been smashing her goals since being with RFT, Caitlin has lost 10KG of weight and is at her lowest BF% EVER down 10% overall while still building over 4kg of lean muscle.
Caitlin has made a great commitment to her fitness by coming into PT sessions but also getting those SWEAT classes in!!
Caitlin is always pushing the limits of what she can achieve even with a busy schedule of competitive sports, university, and work. I am very grateful to be a part of Caitlin's journey here at RFT and am looking forward to acheiving more goals in the future
