Well hasn’t it been a cracking year for Lyndal ! Lyndal & I started working 1-1 together back in January with the focus on loosing body fat & building her strength to bring her closer to her goals of looking and feeling better & she has definitely done that !
For Lyndal there has been nothing fancy it has been all about nailing the basics and being super consistent with her habits which has allowed her to reach her goals.
The main behavioural changes Lyndal has made are:
She has tracked her food consistently and has met her weekly calorie target
Completed 2 PT Sessions per week & 1 Pilates Session for the whole year.
Averages 10,000 steps a day
Consumes 2L of water per day
Lyndal has been able to do this each & every day over the cause of the year which has resulted in her dropping a smashing 10kgs, 8% in body fat & gaining 1.5 kgs in muscle ! Plus she is feeling better then ever !
