Tony came to RFT to continue his strength training consistently and utilise a coach to aid in keeping him accountable for his nutrition to drop some weight as he wants to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Tony was already consistent with training 4 x per week at New Image. For Tony, we have honed in on his nutrition by starting off with RFT Signature system. He has been consistent with this over his first four weeks, which has been amazing to see, especially over a period where there have been many social events.
Over the past month, he has been able to drop 4kgs whilst increasing his strength by 25%
