Before RFT Piyush felt sluggish, tired & sore. He originally enquired with us back in March but didn’t commit until September, now his only regret is he didn’t start sooner

He came to RFT with the goal to drop 3kgs before his trip to India at Christmas and boy didn’t the RFT Signature system deliver

In his first 16 weeks with RFT Piyush was able to achieve some incredible results

8kgs in body fat mass

Lowered his BF % by 7.1%

Lost 25cms from his waist and hips
