This week's RFT legend of the week goes to the amazing Peggy D!!!!!
Peggy has been smashing the gym over the last 10 weeks after having a big break from exercise training. Peggy has really built up her strength in her lower body, Built lean muscle mass and dropped 2 % BF
Peggy has ditched the walking stick and gone up to squating with a 3kg medicine ball for reps of 10 and goes hard on the machine row aswell
This is a massive achievement and you should be very proud of the growth and progress you have made to be able to get back to doing the things you love!!
