Meet PAT 🏌️♀️ Pat is a rockstar when it comes to consistency. Pat and I sat down a month ago and we set some goals going forward. She knew what she needed to do to get to where she wanted to be. Sleep well, eat in a well balanced manner, manage stress and move frequently. Ever since her last check in scan from 4 weeks ago and girth measurements, Pat has:⬆️ Improved her overall fitness and performance in golf.⬇️ Lost 1.1% body fat, equating to 900 grams of fat.⬆️ Gained 300 grams of muscle mass.⬆️ Continued to improve her overall strength⬇️ Lost a total of 15.5 CM in girth measurements.🎉 And has now lost a TOTAL of 16KG ever since she started with us 👏👏👏!! What an achievement! On top of this, Pat’s knees have felt better than it has a month ago and it continues to improve. Regardless of what she has going on outside of our studio, she always walks in with a big smile and an infectious enthusiasm. A massive well done, Pat! Keep it up 💪💪.~Coach Eddie
