NIGEL IS DOWN 8% BODY FAT!

Nigel is a deadset Legend has been absolutely killing it in and out of the gym. Before lockdown Nigel was down by 6% bodyfat and up by 2.5kg of muscle in a little over 3 months.

Since then he has continued to smash out the workouts and has now tracked consistently for 200 days !!! That is a massive achievement and the results speak for themselves!!!

Due to this and also continually food tracking for 6 months.

Nigel is now down 8% body fat!

Down 4kg in body weight

UP 3.6kg of muscle mass over the past 6 months!
