Since then he has continued to smash out the workouts and has now tracked consistently for 200 days !!! That is a massive achievement and the results speak for themselves!!!
Due to this and also continually food tracking for 6 months.
Nigel is now down 8% body fat!
Down 4kg in body weight
UP 3.6kg of muscle mass over the past 6 months!
