Nick has just started with RFT over the last 4 weeks, coming in 4 -5 times a week before work at 5am, making his health and fitness a priority starting the day getting in some strength training and Cardiovascular exercise
Nick always finds a way to make his training sessions even though he is very busy with his working schedule
Nick has lost over 5 KGs of body weight and has put on 1kg of Lean muscle aswell
Nick always shows up, and these results show the level of hard work and commitment he has to his training and Nutrition to make 2023 his best year yet
