Farah has had an amazing start in her health and fitness journey here at RFT!When Farah started here she had limited range in her movement (specifically squats), felt low on energy and looking to drop body fat in a sustainable way
1. Added stretching into her weekly routine
2. Can now do WEIGHTED squats
3. Has more energy in her day to day life
4. Has dropped 4.3kg!
