Kerrie’s commitment to her health and fitness is inspiring and has really shined through in the last few weeks!
Kerrie normally plays golf multiple times a week and comes to her weekly PT sessions. With a recent ankle injury, resulting in Kerrie needing to be in a boot this hasn’t stopped her commitment to herself!! Not being able to be up on her feet walking or playing golf Kerrie has shifted her focus to weights training in her upper body and consistency in stretching.
