Kerrie has recently hit a PB on her Barbell Rack pull of 55kgs and has also started to Back squat with the Babrell again after a big break! Kerrie has improved her flexibility and range of motion in her joints and some serious strength gains through a progressive strength program!Kerries' commitment to her nutrition has been on point every week, and has always comes in early to get a FASTTRACK to better results by doing some cardio before the sessions
