Client of the week with some amazing results over the last few weeks is Julie Lees.
Julie has been at RFT for a little over 2 years! And recently through the RFT 30 days lockdown challenge Julie made a commitment to her goals and smashed out each task of the challenge.
Julie had the following habits;
1. Food tracking every day.
2. Hitting protein targets each day.
3. Abstained from Alcohol for the 30 days.
4. Did all daily challenged that she could and altered the ones she couldn’t.
5. Walked every day.
6. Strength trained 3 times a week.
With these awesome habits Julie has lost an incredible 7kg in just over 30 days and has continued these habits even following the challenge.
