Jade has been absolutely killing it since joining RFT 5 weeks ago. Her ability to push through our sessions and never backing down from a challenge is something I’ve never seen before, especially from a 15 year old!
Jade rocks up to the gym twice a week and swims 5 days a week for 2 hours - even on the days she comes to training!
Increased 1kg in weight
Increased 2kg in muscle mass
Down with 4% in body fat
