Cheryl has been absolutely killing it since being at RFT!! She has come determined to make a huge lifestyle change and that has shown in her first couple of weeks at RFT.
Cheryl has been devoted to taking risks and trying new things wether it came down to food choices, meal prepping, joining our POD’s and even showing up to strong human.
