Adrian came to RFT with the outlook to get into strength training consistently and utilising a coach to help keep him accountable to his nutrition to drop some weight as he wanted to create a better lifestyle for himself.
For Adrian, we have focused on ensuring he weight trains a minimum 3 times per week, hitting 8500 steps & meeting his calorie deficit whilst hitting his protein. Adrian has been able to adhere to this plan day in and day out, diligently making the changes he needs to lead a healthier lifestyle.
In just 3 short weeks he has been able to drop 5kgs whilst up his strength by 30%
