DOWN 9KGS IN 11 WEEKS 😲😲
This gentleman has been with us here at RFT since early Jan. In that short period of time he has embraced his health and fitness as a lifestyle.He has been tracking his food and attending Pod and Sweat sessions consistently. In doing that, he has manage to strip 9kg of body weight, dropped almost 3% body fat and managed to keep his strength increasing. He’s that committed that there have been occasion when he was away travelling in Canberra for work, he still made sure he got back in time to do his pod session in the afternoon. Just goes to show with the right mindset. Things get done…With all he has achieved so far he is still the same humble and gentle man he was when he showed up at RFT.Massive congratulations mate!
