Lisa started with Real Fitness 10 months ago after being referred by one of her good friends Maree. When she started she felt lost with her health and fitness journey and was unsure what to do to shed the kgs she wanted to lose.
Over the past 10 months she has made some big lifestyle changes to her life which have helped along the way in her journey. These included starting off with 2 sessions per week and this has evolved as she saw the benefit it had on her life and now completes 4 sessions per week. She has tracked her focus with making protein her priority & she also hits over 8500 steps every day!
Over the past 10 months Lisa has dropped over 7 kgs and over 6% in Body fat. Not only that the shift she has made to her lifestyle and mindset has been amazing!!
