This weeks legend is none other than Mr Matty Grima This guy has blown us away with his progress over the last month. He really has started with a BANG We have done nothing complex here. Just nailing the basics Matty has been hitting 🦶🦶 8,500 steps per day 🍌 Tracking all his food with a focus on nailing his daily protein 🏋🏻♂️Hitting his two strength sessions 💦 Busting out one sweat class These small but consistent changes has seen him drop close to 5kgs in as many weeks!
