Legend of the week this week goes to Cathy King. Over the passed month Cathy has been smashing little goals each week. Her big goal is to lose 10kg by her 50th birthday at the beginning of June! 🥳🥳 Cathy has been smashing little goals such as; 1. 2 Weekly walks! 2. Food tracking! 3. 2 PT sessions! 4. Moving during work hours instead of sitting at the desk all day. Due to these awesome little goals being achieved Cathy has dropped over 2kg if body weight in just 2 weeks 💪🏽💪🏽😁😁 Awesome work Cathy it’s amazing to see you smashing these little goals and you are well on your way to lose that 10kg by your birthday! 👌 😁Coach Kyle! 😁
