LEGEND OF THE WEEK

This weeks legend is Barsha after she reached a huge milestone of being the lightest she has been since her gorgeous son was born! Barsha has focused on getting healthier as her primary goal and remained with sticking to the basics even throughout lockdown!

“This is the fittest and lightest I’ve felt in the last 3 years”

I have had the absolute honour of being able to do some weekly check in calls assisting Barsha on her way to greater health and her commitment and focus has been so admirable even with all the ups and downs.

Because of Barsha’s commitment to creating a healthier lifestyle for herself and family she has not allowed anything to get in the way including this lockdown. As a consequence of this Barsha has hit this milestone and beyond!

I love this achievement for so many reasons but one being that Barsha has been focusing on the basics, and as we can see the basics always win with consistency!

Hitting 9-10,000 steps per week

Min 3 sessions a week, 2 x SPT and 1 - 2 x group classes from yoga or sweat!

Tracking food and hitting protein intake

Becoming more aware of fiber intake

Committing herself to our 30 day lockdown challenge which included small little commitments each day.

Such an incredible Result. We are so proud of you Barsha and know that you will keep going strength to strength.
