Legend of the week!
Meet this week’s legend David L! David started with RFT 8 weeks ago and has been absolutely smashing it! When David & I sat down in June he wanted to focus on building a solid strength training regime that fit around his busy work schedule & the task of also parenting 3 boys, let me tell you he has done more than that.
David has committed himself to doing 3 Strength Sessions per week, completing 2 light intensity steady state conditioning session, averaging 10,000 steps per day, consuming a minimum of 2.5L of water per day, ensuring he has protein at every meal & reducing his portion sizes. David has been able to do this on a weekly basis and has enjoyed the process of creating it a lifestyle which has resulted in him:
Doubling his strength
Improving in his aerobic capacity
