Legend of the week ⭐️⭐️Anya Funnell! ⭐️⭐️Anya has been absolutely smashing it in the last couple of weeks. Since starting at RFT Anya has been changing behaviours and getting awesome results!!! Anya has changed behaviours such as; 1. Going for a walk at least once a day.2. Tracking all food.3. Stretching for 15min a day.4. Going to 2 classes a week. 5. 3x PT sessions. 6. Steps above 8500 per day. Because of these consistent behaviour changes Anya has seen these amazing results;1. ⬇️ 2.5kg body weight.2. ⬆️ .5kg of muscle mass3. ⬇️ 1% body fat. 4. 💪🏽💪🏽 consistency 😁🙌🙌Awesome work Anya! We are so proud of the work you have put in and are ready to see you achieve all of your goals! Let’s keep smashing it
