What a LEGEND!!!! 8 Weeks ago, Mel walked into RFT on a mission to fit into the bridesmaid dress she had for her best friends wedding. We had 6 weeks to make it happen and she was completely determined to feel confident and happy on her friends special day. We trained strength 1 day per week, 1-2 sweat sessions and 1-2 yoga. Hit 10,000 steps per day and tracked everything that she ate. These small changes created mighty results: 3.5kg down 1.7kg muscle mass up 6% body fat loss!
