Meet our Legend of the week, Justine Tabone! Justine has just completed the RFT 6 week challenge and in those 6 weeks she has seen some amazing results. Results which include; 1. 4kg weight loss 2. 4% BF loss 3. 500g of muscle gainIn order to achieve these amazing results in just 6 weeks Justine completed each week; 1. 2x strength sessions 2. 1x sweat 3. 1x strongfit 4. 2 yoga classes each week The main habits that helped Justine achieve these results was having meals planned for the next day so she was always with in her calories and hitting her protein average for the week. Justine hit her step target average each week and did not miss a single training session or Yoga 💪🏽 This consistency to all of her habits is what helped her achieve these amazing results.
