MEET THIS MONTHS LEGEND MICHELLE BECKETT
It has been amazing to see such a legend like Michelle absolutely smashing goals every week at RFT for the passed 4 months. Michelle is a single mum who also looks after her own mum. She does all she can for the people around her and has taken the opportunity to look after herself and lose some weight while gaining confidence
Michelle has continually focused on maintaining her already changed habits even during lockdown such as;
1. Alcohol consumption to 3-4 drinks a week maximum
2. Soft drink consumption to diet soft drink.
3. Smashed calories and protein targets each and every week!
4. Trains 2x PT, 1x Sweat and 1x Core and even does a weights session at home each week
Through these habit changes Michelle has seen awesome results such as;
1. Dropping 7.5kg of body weight
2. 4% Body Fat reduction
3. Gained 0.5kg of muscle mass
4. Increase in overall CONFIDENCE 1000%
The number one thing I see with Michelle is how much happier and confident she is every time I see her for a training session either PT or class. Michelle you are an absolute Star can’t wait to see you continue smashing goals
