Since starting at RFT Karen has:

Dropped 15% of body fat

️Dropped 6.5kgs of body weight

️Lost 10kgs of body fat mass

Gained 2kgs of muscle

More than tripled her strength on her major lifts

Karen started with RFT after coming over from New Image, when she started she really wanted to focus on her nutrition and also her strength training to build some muscle but also create some solid lifestyle habits around her nutrition. She completed our Nutrition Bootcamp in February with our Co-Founder Mitch which really set her up for success as it taught her the ins and outs of her nutrition and what works best for her. Since then she has stayed consistent with behaviours and has knuckled down on the weight training 3 x per week which has led to her seeing some outstanding results.
