Drum roll please... meet this weeks legend Jude A!!
Jude has smashed it through the past lockdown. At the start of the lockdown Jude and myself discussed about getting him back into running and he has done more than that!!
8 weeks ago Jude began his running with just completing 2kms straight which was quite hard and he was experiencing knee pain. We addressed this and came up with a plan of attack to progress his running in a format to build his aerobic capacity up and remove his knee pain.
Fast forward 8 weeks and last Sunday he completed a run of 14kms straight without any pain
This is an amazing feat in 8 weeks and I’m so happy with how far you have come Jude, it’s a credit to your consistency and effort !
Half marathon incoming !
