Massive congrats to our legend of the month John K!!
John has been hard at work over the past 10 weeks knuckling down on his nutrition and prioritising meeting his calories and protein targets.
For John we focused on implementing the RFT Signature system where John tracks all his calories & meets his protein targets, gets over 8500 steps per day combined this with his exercise regime consisting of 2 Strength Sessions, 1 HIIT Session, 1 Yoga Sessions & 2 Martial Art Sessions.
This has allowed John to:
Drop 5kgs in Body weight
Build 500g of muscle
Drop 3% of Body fat
Drop over 25cms in girth measurements
