Meet Jacqui!
This weeks legend Jacqui has dropped 3kg in just over 3 weeks!
Which brings her to a total of 10kg down for 2021! What a way to end the year
Jacqui has overcome barrier after barrier.
Her knee injury was a big setback but she didn’t let it get I her way!
When we first came out of lockdown she had limited range of motion and couldn’t do a step up on a 25kg plate now she can do a full 16inch box step up unsupported. On top that Jacqui has gone from struggling to walk for her injury and is now back to running
Jacqui has done this by being super consistent in and out of the gym despite her extremely busy schedule she shows up to her PT and classes each week and track her food no matter what, Even when she has been at a recent wedding!
Amazing work Jacqui we are grateful to have you at RFT and I’m excited to see what the future brings
