“I’LL NEVER DIET OR JUST DO STEADY STATE CARDIO EVER AGAIN”

Another fantastic achievement is from our superstar, Kellie Burns. She epitomises of what we preach at Real Fitness with the balance of strength, high intensity cardio and yoga. Kellie has managed to drop her body fat levels to a fantastic 18% losing 4.6% after her last measurements! In addition to dropping 30cm she also lost 4.6kg at her last measurements totalling 12kgs since she began her journey! Her body composition change is fantastic! Kellie has made realistic lifestyle changes from reducing alcohol and changing her overall nutrition. She has put an an awesome effort and we can’t wait to see what else Kellie can achieve! “I had been a lifetime serial dieter. I’d done it all ! Quick fixes, not lifestyle changes. Then I meet Vicky and started training with Real Fitness. That was 3 years ago. I lost body fat and gained a lot of muscle, totally changing my body shape. I didn’t think as a woman turning 50 next year I could ever look like this. I’ll never diet or just do steady state cardio ever again. I will however continue to eat real food, lift weights and practice yoga to maintain balance for the rest of my life. I have a sustainable lifestyle when it comes to my health now, not a “diet” that I can’t wait to finish.
