Jo Jo is down 6% body fat, gained 2.5kg of muscle and lost 1kg in scale weight! what an absolute legend!
The past 6 weeks have been an absolute pleasure training Jo Jo in her 2 PT sessions and joining in on 1 SWEAT class each week. Jo Jo has been incredibly consistent with her training and food across the 6 weeks and embraced changed right from the start.
Can’t wait to see her continue to achieve her goals
