This incredible lady Kayley Morgan, I have had the pleasure to train 4 years and seeing her go from strength to strength is truly inspiring. One of her brave moves with me was when she decided to quit a business her father owned and follow her dreams with becoming a massuese! 🌟 💫 Most recently though was when she came on our 3 day Wellness retreat and conquered all! I am so proud of her and all that she achieves on this beautiful journey of hers. Since the retreat Kayley has completely shifted her mindset she found by moving away from the noise and busyness of life she was able for the first time in 30 years to focus on herself. Kayley learnt more about her body and purifying her mind, body and soul. Since our 3 day Wellness retreat in August only 4 weeks ago Kayley managed to drop 7 kgs and feels a huge sense of control back in her life. Kayley’s journey has been incredible but I will let you decide, here are a few questions she answered; What has the biggest change been to your overall health since training at RFT? “Biggest change to my health is consistency….and portion control! Fuelling my body correctly with nourishing delicious food instead of sabotaging it with rubbish…” What is the biggest habit you have changed recently? “Giving up processed sugar and gluten.” What do you like most about training at RFT? “My amazing beautiful coaches that always encourage me and are always proving to me how strong and healthy my body can be if I keep looking after it! I leave RFT feeling so alive, happy and strong after every PT session.” What are your top health and fitness goals?“Continue to eat nourishing foods, drop more unnecessary kilos and free my joints and organs of carrying more than what they should. Keep working on strength and mobility training and accept that this is my journey that I’m doing for me and I’m worth it without the guilt!!” Congratulations Kayley!
