CLIENT OF THE MONTH: Meet Lyndal C!! Lyndal has been such a quiet achiever in 2021! Lyndal & myself sat down in January when we began working 1-1 together with the plan of attack to assist her in reaching her goals. For Lyndal it has been all about keeping it simple to allow for her to juggle her time as a teacher and being a busy mother of 2 with having to take her boys to baseball events. The plan of attack has been for Lyndal to complete 2 🏋🏻♀️ Strength Sessions per week, 1 Pilates Class per week, 🚶🏽♀️10,000 Steps per day & ✅ track her calories every day and having protein at every meal. These behaviours allowed for Lyndal to be compliant and adhere to these week in and week out for the whole year!These massive behaviour changes have allowed for Lyndal to:⬇️ Drop 8kgs of bodyweight⬇️ Drop a dress size💪🏻 Double her upper body strength😁 Feeling the best, she has😁 Having fun and enjoying it along the way Lyndal has put it down to her ability to stay consistent with her nutrition over this time with being super consistent with caloric intake and being able to still find time to be social whilst staying on track with her nutrition!
