A big shoutout to Ante,
Ante’s been with us since August last year,
And he’s down 6Kg’s!!
And has reached his goal weight of 75KG’s
Which is amazing!Ante is a tradie, so early starts and a very physical job. But still makes it to his 2PT sessions and 1 x Yoga and 1 x Sweat weekly!!Ante as he recently had a back injury, but this hasn’t stopped him from coming into his sessions!Movement is always a priority so he is continuing on a tailored program involving higher reps and lower weight.And soon, once he is fully recovered, we will go back to heavy lifting.All Ante’s lifts have improved drastically and we’ve both noticed visible differences In his physique
