Belinda has been on a massive roll since September and she has been riding that wave consistently which has been amazing to see! Back in September Belinda & myself spoke about some small habits that we could introduce to help her on her way to looking and feeling better whilst juggling being a mum and busy at work. With the help of the Real Fitness Training App to track her habits we focused on exercising 3 times per week, hitting 8500 steps per day as an average for the week, consuming 2L of water per day and tracking her food everyday.
Belinda has been super consistent to these habits and has taken accountability and responsibility when she hasn’t. This has seen Belinda drop 6kgs of bw since September which is amazing !
