Before starting with RFT Belinda was unsure where to go next with her fitness journey, she felt tired and sluggish. She wanted to begin strength training regularly to be a role model in her roles as a PE Teacher and Gymnastics instructor & to improve her discipline around training.
It has been an incredible journey for Belinda who has trained consistently, not for weeks, months, or a single year, but for an astounding 4 years, completing a whopping 468 sessions.
