Andrea has been training with RFT since day 1, she has been through so many lifestyle obstacles but still stays so consistent with her training week in, week out!!!
Living 40 minutes away, she makes the trek twice a week to her personal training sessions!!! Before taking over her PT sessions she was in a bit of a slump, not knowing what she wanted to do and the best way to do it. She wasn’t putting herself first and began to over think and second guess why she wasn’t achieving her goals!!!
Fast track one and a half months later she is down 5.5kgs in weight, 4% down in body fat and I’ve never seen her happier. We sat down and spoke about how to make her training and nutrition a simple process to help her stay on track….. now shes staying super consist, tracking her food and shakes, and making the effort to go above and beyond in her PT sessions!!!
