Sharon has been with RFT for over 6 years. She recently went on an extended overseas trip and had some some other activities such as co-founder Vicky’s retreat. Since returning from her travels she felt unsure around what to do to help shed some extra kgs she had gained during her 2 months overseas travel. She come to the conclusion that she needed some extra accountability to help.
She decided on joining in on the 42 Day Challenge. Over the course of the last 3 and a half weeks she has got the extra accountability she has needed. Combine this with her sticking to all the challenge habits around tracking her nutrition, completing over 4 sessions per week and hitting over 10,000 steps.
And at the half way point of the challenge she has dropped over 3kgs and 2% body fat.
