Ben has been a member of RFT for over 5 years. Over the past 5 years he has stayed consistent with 4 sessions per week, week in week out. This amazing consistency over the course of the past 5 years shows the commitment to himself and also his health.
Since coming back from his holiday in Europe, Ben wanted to take a look at his body composition and begin working towards some new goals. We reassessed his nutrition and set some new targets. Over the past 3 weeks he has been consistent with his 4 sessions per week (plus he is even cycling to the gym) and also his food tracking and meeting his macros. He has lost a couple of kgs and is enjoying being more conscious of what he is eating.
