Over the past 8 Weeks Aaron has:
Dropped 6kgs in body weight
More than tripled his strength!
Reduced his alcohol intake & is feeling better then ever.
Aaron started at RFT wanting to shed some weight to help him feel better and lead a healthier lifestyle. For Aaron the focus has been on sticking to his calorie deficit, hitting his protein. He has also stayed consistent with 4 training sessions per week. Aaron has stayed consistent and adherent to then plan from day one which has led to his success!
