Hui has been smashing it to kick off 2022!! Hui had the goal of wanting to look and feel better for herself with her main focus on being to drop weight and her body fat along the way.

For Hui it has all been about staying consistent each and every day nailing her behaviours and not focusing on the result but enjoying the process she is on.

For Hui this would look like completing 2-3 Strength sessions per week, 2 Conditioning sessions per week, 10-12k Steps per day. The main driver has been her nutrition with a large focus on keeping accountable to her calories by tracking her food everyday and ensuring everything she eats goes into the app.

Hui’s consistency over the past 6 weeks has resulted in her dropping over 5kgs & 3.5% in body fat. Huis these are such amazing achievements can’t wait to see what other goals we can smash!
