Meet this weeks legend Richard B!!

Richard started with RFT just over a month ago and has been smashing it since.

Richard started at RFT with the focus of rebuilding exercise back into his lifestyle and wanting to drop  some body weight to begin to look and feel better. For Rich it has been all about focusing on ensuring he does his daily bams to bring him closer to his goal.

Rich has focused on tracking his food everyday and staying in his calorie deficit, completing 3 strength sessions per week, completing 2 HIIT sessions per week, drinking 2L of water per day & hitting his daily water target.

Being consistent with these has saw Richard drop 4kgs

and loose 2% body fat in 5 weeks!!

Awesome achievement Rich, keep it up mate. Can’t wait to see what else we can achieve moving forward!
