LEGEND OF THE MONTH
Meet Adrian our legend of the month for February
Over the past 11 Weeks Adrian has:
Dropped 13kgs in body weight
Dropped 13kgs in body fat mass
Dropped 10% in body fat
More than doubled his strength
Moving more and loving the process!
Adrian came to the RFT feeling sluggish and wanting to make some big lifestyle changes to allow him lead a healthier lifestyle. With the desire to creating lifelong exercise and nutritional behaviours.
To start we met Adrian where he was at and begun focusing on getting him into a calorie deficit this was created through tracking his food with a focus on maintaining 2x Body weight of protein being consumed per day. He also committed to being in the gym 4 x per week and hitting his daily step target which has worked unbelievably well. In the words of Adrian “I feel better & stronger then ever”
