VANILLA CAKE BATTER COOKIES

These guys are worth while. A great lil’ pick me up at 3pm or anytime really and they have PROTEIN in them. Winning!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 fan forced and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. combine all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
  3. In a coffee cup melt the nuttalex in the microwave
  4. Then in the melted nuttalex stir in the vanilla paste and almond milk
  5. Add the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mix well until it resembles cookie dough texture
  6. If the mixture is too dry add more almond milk, a little at a time
  7. Spoon out tablespoon sizes of dough at a time and place on the baking tray, remember to keep them social distancing so you will need a very LARGE OVEN in order to bake these as they will need to be 1.5m apart 😉
