STICKY CHORIZO & SCRAMBY EGGS

The next best protein dense breakfast after the protein pancakes!

SERVES 2

6 eggs

1/2 chorizo sausage, cut into rounds & than into strips

1tbs raw honey

Fresh flat leaf parsley

Gluten free bread, I used Well & Good

1/2tsp garlic, minced

1/2tsp chilli flakes

Pepper and salt

METHOD

  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk well add the chilli and garlic and pepper and salt to season
  2. Cut the chorizo into rounds and than small diagonal strips
  3. Fry off with a drizzle of honey over the top in the fry pan
  4. Once the chorizo is finish than add the egg mix to the pan
  5. Cook your toast if you are having some
  6. Presto! A nourishing and healthy protein breakfast
